Ancient Free & Accepted Masons under the jurisdiction of the
Grand Lodge of Newfoundland and Labrador
The Clarenville Shrine-Masonic Center was the first building to
be shared by both the shriners and the masons in North America.
"Freemasonry is a fraternal organization, dedicated to the
building of character among men through the teaching and
practice of the principles of Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth,
in all its undertakings. Its members adhere to a belief in a
Supreme Being, high moral standards, and conformance to the laws
of the country of their residence "
Regular meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month
except for the third Tuesday in June. Installation is held on
the second Saturday in May. No regular meetings are held in
July, August and December.

Global neighbors - Lions members—men and women—provide immediate
and sustained relief in time of disaster and offer long-term
assistance to those in need. Lions collect and recycle
eyeglasses for distribution in developing countries and treat
millions of people to prevent river blindness.
Community Leaders - Lions improve the quality of life in their
local communities by building parks, supporting hospitals and
establishing water treatment programs.
For nearly 90 years, whenever there is a need at home or around
the world, Lions members are there to help—They Serve.
