Clarenville Days from the Past

Moose Burgers were always a highlight of Clarenville Days, The above photo was taken in 1978, Elias Pardy who was making the crackerjack Mooseburgers is shown to the left cooking the burgers. Also in the photo waiting for their burgers are Joe Lowe, Heather Lowe, John Lowe and Merlin Mills.

This Parade is around 1975, however the Photos appears to be taken during the summer month's?? Can some please tell me if this was a Santa Claus Parade or Clarenville Days or another occasion.
